There's a range of answers to that question, this one is the very definition of multitasking: what I did for Andlauer Transportation Services. I enjoyed my nearly 5 years with this firm, especially their great spirit. Upon arrival I was told only one ad had been placed... ever.

So, I started from ground zero and developed this brand from "best kept secret" status.

To identify brand characteristics I interviewed employees and stakeholders throughout and initiated an annual, online customer survey. The results were: customer driven, innovative, entrepreneurial and ‘category busting’ i.e. surprisingly resistant to pigeonholing.

I acted on these new brand communication, customer acquisition and customer satisfaction strategies by writing, designing and producing all advertisements, websites, brochures, sales presentations, event displays and collaterals, customer calendars, employee intranet and newsletter communications.

Employees are the engine of brand promise. I reinvented emloyee communications by revamping the internal newsletter. There's a sample of the empowering content on the right, it's entitled Trust.

I launched a web site for the employees entitled roadtoathens.com, that encouraged employees interact with 3 Canadian Olympic athletes training for the 2004 Summer Games. That's Alexandre Despatie at the top.

I rebuilt the company intranet as a 'quality experience' for both internal audiences and Quality Assurance officers visiting from customer healthcare firms.

Most recently I concentrated my efforts on helping to launch startup ATS Healthcare Solutions brand to premier status, high market penetration and sales success. See the ads and one of the articles linked on the left.

I designed and produced a series of international award-winning calendars, a staple in the transportation business.
